Seef District – Bahrain Olympic Committee:

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and Vice President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, praised the successful launch of the Al-Munther satellite, highlighting that this milestone reflects Bahrain’s ambitious vision for the space sector.

His Highness extended his sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their unwavering support of scientific research and technological advancement. He emphasised that their leadership has been instrumental in enabling the Kingdom to make significant strides in this vital field.

His Highness also commended the remarkable role of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, in promoting scientific projects that enhance Bahrain’s regional and international standing. He stressed that Shaikh Nasser’s leadership and support serve as a driving force behind Bahrain’s continued national achievements across various sectors.

His Highness noted that the Al-Munther satellite project reinforces Bahrain’s position in the space sector and aligns with its aspirations to invest in advanced technologies, contributing to sustainable development and the objectives of Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
