The Security, Protocol, Transportation, and Secretariat Committees held a joint meeting on Wednesday to prepare for receiving the delegations for the International School Games, which Bahrain will host from 23 to 31 October.

The meeting discussed procedures to facilitate participants' entry into the Kingdom and ensure smooth organisation during their reception and hotel transfer. The committees reviewed coordination tasks and agreed on specific responsibilities to guarantee seamless operations, aiming to ensure the comfort of delegations and maintain the event’s high standards.

Attendees stressed the importance of continuous communication between committees to prevent obstacles during the reception process. The discussion also emphasised enhancing the positive image of the event through detailed preparations, reflecting the Kingdom’s reputation for hosting international events.
