The organising committee has selected 21 four- and five-star hotels to accommodate all participating delegations. There are 5,651 participants representing 80 school sports federations from 70 countries, which highlights the significance of this international sports event.

This initiative is part of a comprehensive plan to provide top-tier accommodation for athletes, coaches, and officials. The hotels were selected according to international standards, ensuring the comfort of all participants. The committee will also offer exceptional services, including healthy meals, training facilities, and transportation to competition venues.

The selected hotels are as follows: The Art Hotel, Wyndham Hotel, The K Hotel, Golden Tulip Hotel, The Seven Hotel, City Center Hotel, Diva Hotel, Arman Hotel, Al Manzil Hotel, IBIS Hotel, Ramee Palace Hotel, Fraser Suites, Ramee Garden Hotel, Swiss Belhotel Seef, Gulf Court Hotel, Orange Suites Hotel, Ramada Manama Hotel, Gulf Hotel, Novotel Hotel, Swiss Belhotel, and Le Méridien Hotel.

The Executive Committee expressed satisfaction with the successful attraction of such a large number of participants, stating, "Choosing these premium hotels reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all delegations.
