?Tunisian Minister of Youth, Sport, Women and Family Saber Bouatay was all praise for the facilities available at the Bahrain Olympic Committee’s (BOC) National Sport Medicine Centre.
This came during his visit to the centre, where he and other ministry directors and high-ranking ministry officials were welcomed on arrival by BOC general secretary Abdulrahman Askar and other committee representatives.
Askar briefed the vesting delegation on the services being provided by the centre to its clients as well as the quality of the available sports equipment.
Askar appreciated the ongoing coordination and cooperation between the athletes in both countries since long seasons ago. He also affirmed the continuity of the common cooperation between Bahrain and Tunisia in all domains especially the sport field.
He stressed the importance of the visit as a catalyst lay solid foundations for joint cooperation, affirming Bahrain’s keenness on bolstering youth and sport relations.
On his part, Bouata applauded Bahrain’s warm hospitality and comprehensive development in the sports infrastructure along with its ambitious strategy for development in all fields especially sport.
He pointed out the need to expand cooperation between the two countries in the sectors of youth and sport, stressing the importance of promoting youth and sport gatherings to bolster bilateral ties.
Bouatay commended the outstanding efforts undertaken in Bahrain to promote youth and sport, which yielded a string of landmark achievements and performances in world championships.
He also lauded Bahrain’s success in hosting world championships , hailing the achievements of Bahraini youths on all levels. He also stressed the importance of developing youth and sport relations, organising joint programmes and exchanging visits.
