?Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Arab and International Relations director Fajer Jassim has recently received the Executive Masters degree in Sport Organisations Management (Memos).
The certificate was awarded during a graduation ceremony held at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, in Switzerland on September 16, where Fajer received the award from top International Olympic Committee representatives.
Fajer was granted this top sport recognition after completing all four courses of this programme, which aims to develop and enhance sport management skills and knowledge of people employed in and volunteering in sport organisations.
She finished the fourth and concluding course held from August 30 to September 3. Her final presentation focused on ‘involving the Bahrain Olympic Committtee and its partners in marketing strategy’.
Commenting on this occasion, Fajer said she is grateful for Memos to give her such experience to benefit from their expertise and receive top sports management certificate.
She extended her gratitude to Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, for facilitating her participation in the programme.
The International Olympic Committee, Olympic Solidarity and the European Olympic Committee have supported this initiative since its origin.
