?The Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) signed an agreement of cooperation with the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Hospital to provide surgical treatment for Bahraini athletes.
Supreme Council for Youth and Sports deputy general secretary and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) general secretary Abdulrahman Askar and BDF director Adel Sulaibeekh.
The agreement, which took place at the BOC premises in Seef, was also witnessed by BOC’s National Sports Medicine Centre director Dr Khalid Al Shaikh and Noora Bu Julai’a of Royal Medical Services.
Askar thanked the hospital for this initiative and for their continued cooperation with the committee in all areas, and noted that this agreement will undoubtedly help the National Sports Medicine Centre to bring better medical services, which is one of the main objectives that BOC seeks to achieve.
On his part, Sulaibeekh said the hospital’s main message is to deliver proper treatment to everyone, including injured athletes, who are part of this commitment.
